I know-- I know--- I haven't been able to post much :( I have been very busy studying for my final examinations ((and decorating my home for Christmas! :] )) I was finally able to decorate my tree today :D Alot of my peers have had theirs up since Thanksgiving but lazy me likes to wait 'till the last minute! ;) haha. Anyways I was finally able to do the nail art tutorial I promised you guys! :) It is based on the TV series/movies "Sailor Moon" It was the first anime in America that became huge!
